HOW IT ALL BEGAN
BEHIND THE NAME
I wanted a name that was purposeful yet simple and easy to pronounce — one that would perfectly capture the spirit of my vintage camper, Lil Fancy, while also symbolizing my faith. After a lot of debate with friends and family, and honestly, a lot of prayer for clarity, the word restoration kept coming up — in my mission, in my purpose, in the fact that the camper itself had been restored. All of a sudden, it clicked. Restored Coffee is a mobile coffee business serving out of a restored 1957 camper, built on the purpose of sharing a life of restoration through Jesus and providing specialty coffee to restore your energy.

OUR STORY
Having a mobile coffee shop was once a random thought I had at 17 years old. What seemed like a fun idea continued to live in my mind until it developed into a calling. Next thing I knew, I was picking up a gutted 1957 camper that my husband found on Craigslist.
The following two years were spent watching YouTube tutorials, seeking professional advice from friends of friends, receiving generous help from incredible people, and most importantly trusting in God’s provision.
Restored Coffee came to life, ready to pour into my community as much as they poured into it. Since opening, we’ve served thousands of drinks, appeared at hundreds of events, and shared countless special moments with so many of you. Thank you!
