HOW IT ALL BEGAN

BEHIND THE NAME

I really wanted a name that was purposeful but also simple and easy to pronounce. I was searching for a name that would perfectly capture the vintage camper, Lil Fancy, and symbolized my faith. At first, Google was used a lot to search for “meaningful words” and that brought up beautiful words. Unfortunately most of them were already claimed or were just too hard to pronounce. After a lot of debate with friends and family, and honestly just prayer for clarity, “Restored” really stuck out to me! Now, the word restoration had already been brought up several times but it finally clicked as “Restored.” Restored Coffee, a mobile coffee business serving out of a restored 1957 camper, has the purpose of sharing a life of restoration through Jesus and providing specialty coffee to restore energy!

OUR STORY

Having a mobile coffee shop was just a random thought 2 years ago. The thought continued to intrude my mind (Rini, the owner) and it became a calling. I have spent a lot of time trying to find my God-given purpose and Restored Coffee just became so clear to me. As time went on, a camper in Asheville was for sale by a sweet couple who just didn’t have time to do anything with it.

This opportunity seemed like it would pass by if I blinked so I prayed about it and felt like I needed to take it. It has been a rollercoaster since then, especially when you do not know how to convert a camper! After many youtube videos, professional advice from friend’s friends, generous help from awesome people, and most importantly God’s presence, Restored Coffee came to life.
